MIN'S CAFE`PURCHASED BY COUPLE FROM IDAHO IN DEAL LAST SATURDAY
Min's Cafe, for the past seven months owned and operated by Mrs. Minnie Anderson, was sold last Saturday to Mr. and Mrs. Henry H. Perry, formerly of Boise, Ida. The new owners took very active operation of the eating house Tuesday morning following the weekend and New Year's holiday closing.
Mrs. Anderson was compelled to abandon the business due to an injury to her right shoulder, sustained in a fall about a month after she took over the cafe. She has gone to Casper where she will receive treatment from a bone specialist.
The Perry's first came to Lusk shortly after Thanksgiving day, to see their son and daughter-in-law, Pvt and Mrs. Eugene Perry, the former having a brief furlough from the Marine corps. He has since been sent to Korea where he is now serving with the 4th Replacement Group, 1st Marine Division.
Impressed with this locality, the Perry's decided to locate here. The couple, with their eight-year-old daughter, Faye, have living quarters at the rear of the cafe. They are already making numerous friends in this vicinity.
