A reorganization of the Lusk Commercial Club was effected last Friday night at a banquet held at the bungalow hotel which was attended by about 150 businessmen. The new organization is to be known as the Lusk Chamber of Commerce and is composed of all the business interest of the city. It will be conducted on a budget system, each member being assessed according to the benefits which they individually, will receive from the club's existence. A board of governors, representing the different departments of the club, will have charge of the expenditures pf the funds. Each governor will report any projects intended for his department for the coming year with a statement of the amount needed to finance those projects. The entire body will go into executive session and discuss the advisability of allowing the appropriation.
