Frank E. Downer, an experienced cigar and tobacco man of Casper,  has opened a cigar store in the building formerly occupied by Elliott & Whipple.

Mr. Downer will carry a full line of cigars and tobaccos and a first class line of fine chocolates and other candies. He will also have all of the late magazines and periodicals for sale.

A neat set of fixtures has been installed and Mr. Downer will keep his cigars in the right condition to satisfy particular smokers.

Mr. Downer is a congenial gentleman to meet and ought to make good in his new venture.
