Funeral Home to Be Opened Soon by Local Concern
The Midwest Hardware Company recently purchased the Fred Rogers house and is furnishing it for a funeral home.
This will be a great convenience to those who wish the last rites of their loved ones to be held in private and yet not have a home not large enough or so situated as to conveniently accommodate such an arrangement.
The home is to be beautifully furnished and will in every way carry an atmosphere of quietness and refinement.
It will be ready for use sometime before the 1st of March.

Announcement
The Lusk Herald, June 14, 1928
The recent removal of our Mortuary to the north location in the Faust Building, on Main street, makes it possible for us to give even closer personal service than we have given heretofore.
The exclusiveness of this department in our organization lends to it the proper atmosphere of dignity and sanctity, and these features make us proud of the close, sympathetic services we are capable of extending to our clientele.
