Dierks Lumber and Coal Company Purchases Land From Rail Road

The Dierks Lumber and Coal company of Kansas City have bought from the railroad company a tract of land north of the tracks, 100 x 300 feet, where they will open a lumber yard in the near future, carrying whatever is common to such business and they will also deal in coal.
