Sunshine Buys Building
Jerry Koleno, operator of the Sunshine Cleaners, next door to the Silver Cliff Hotel, this week closed a deal whereby he becomes owner of the building which he has occupied with his cleaning establishment since he came to Lusk several years ago,
The property was purchased from the estate of Mrs. Edward M. Arnold.

Image from 1947 Lusk High School yearbook:
You may not have been born either beautiful or handsome. But you can be dressed in clothes made superbly presentable by the SUNSHINE CLEANERS. Here Jerry Koleno is getting that last wrinkle out of a suit coat, while Mrs. Koleno makes an alteration and Kenneth Sinclair looks on.

"Closing Until Further Notice
Having lost my cleaning employee to another industry it will be necessary for SUNSHINE CLEANERS to close temporarily, at least, and perhaps for the duration, since I expect to be called to armed service in the near future. while one dislikes leaving a well-established business, I believe it is my duty to co-operated. When and if we do re-open we will appreciate your continued patronage.
JERRY KOLENO."
