A Public Auction Saturday, Nov.15 at 1:30 p.m.

It is hoped that a public auction Saturday, Nov. 15, at 1:30 p.m. will provide some of the financing necessary to convert the former National Guard Armory into an outstanding museum.  The Niobrara Historical Society has obtained a lease from the State of Wyoming on the armory and is now moving to change the building into an outstanding western museum.  Don Barnes of Lusk Motors was among the first big donors to the auction donating a 1956 Mercury.  Art Mahnke of Art's Auction Service is donating his services to auctioneer the sale which will be held in the garage portion of the former armory.
