A recent newcomer to the business life is Walt Goodell, manager of the Gambles Store in this city. Mr. Goodell formerly lived at Crawford, Nebraska where he operated a Gamble Store for seven years.
He took charge of the local store in April of this year, as owner and manager and is fast becoming acquainted with the people of the community. He is assisted in the store by his two sons, Douglas, who graduated from high school recently, and Gerald, a high school student.
Mr. and Mrs. Goodell and sons are residing in the Ivins property on Fifth street."

Gambles Store in Lusk
G.A.Turner announced this week that Ray Chitwood of Bayard, Nebraska has been employed as manager of the Gamble Store in Lusk. Mr. Turner took over the store about the first of the year and has been operating it as well as managing the Wyoming Theatre.

Merle Hahns Attend Denver Sales Meeting
Mr. and Mrs. Merle Hahn returned to Lusk Monday evening after spending the weekend in Denver. They attended a sales clinic at Regis College. New display units and merchandise were purchased. Hahns operate the Lusk Gambles store and are making plans to move the business into the former Safeway building.

Bigger Store Ready For Grand Opening
Gambles in Lusk will have its Grand Opening in the former Safeway building in the center of the Lusk business district this Friday and Saturday. Here, Mrs. Merle Hahn poses with some of the expanded lines of merchandise the store is now able to handle and display. The business is operated by Mr. and Mrs. Hahn.
