Lusk Restaurant to Open Soon
An opening that will be of interest to the people of Lusk will take place Saturday when the new Lusk Restaurant and hotel throws its doors open to the public.
Daley and Ames proprietors, who are old-timers in the restaurant business, spared nothing in making their new business one of the most up-to-date eating places in Lusk. The spacious dining room, which is considered the largest in town has a seating capacity of approximately seventy-five people,. Besides the long counter and the many tables a number of private booths have been installed which are the first to be seen in Lusk. Home cooking will be a feature of the new business.

Image from 1947 Lusk High School yearbook:
No wonder folks have a friendly feeling towards the LUSK CAFE. Enter with an annoyed feeling of discontent - hunger. Leave with a smile, and an "oh, what a beautiful day" sort of feeling.
Good food, carefully prepared and temptingly served works that transformation.
Add to that the exceptionally well cared for furnishings, and you have about the finest place to eat out you'd ever care to find.
Arlene Pollard, Bonnie Kaan and Betty Wolfe are enjoying themselves at coffee time, while Mrs. Amelia Lindquist, the owner, relaxes a bit, too.
You'd be surprised how many of the Lusk Cafe's customers are - yes, your friends.
