Smiths to Operate Ann's Diner

Mr. and Mrs. William "Bill" Smith are announcing this week that, effective Friday, Nov. 19, they have leased Ann's diner in the Wyoming Theatre building from Allen Clark.

Smiths will operated the cafe under their ranch brand name of "Open A Four Bar" Cafe.

Mrs. Smith has a wide range of experience in restaurant, and Bill supposes he will have to wash dishes. Anyway, having completed their apartment house on South Cedar street, near the Grade School, the Smiths decided they just had to have something active to do.

As an opening day feature, Nov. 19, the cafe will serve free coffee and doughnuts between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The cafe will be open regularly from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
