On Monday morning of this week, the newly organized "Bank of Keeline" opened its doors for business in Keeline, Wyoming, and simultaneously the "Jireh State Bank" ceased to exist, as the entire assets, liabilities and good will of the Jireh bank were sold to the Keeline bank. The directors of the new bank are A. A. Spaugh, F. R. Hilsmann, Melvin Crawford, T. H. Blair and G.D. Murphy, and F. R. Hilsmann, former cashier of the Jireh bank, is chosen as cashier of the new bank.
