Lauer Sells Frontier Motors Business; To Leave Today For Nebr.
The Frontier Motors garage business, opened last May by Albert Lauer, was this week purchased by Culver Bros., operators of the Western Repair Shop. This concern is dealer for the Kaiser and Frazer cars.
Nothing definite in operation of the garage has as yet been determined, according to W.W. "Buck" Culver, who, with his brother, Lafe Culver, Jr., will "hold down the fort" at the new place, located on south Main street.
Mr. Lauer left this (Thursday) afternoon for Merna, Nebr., where he will join his wife and small son, Calvin Eugene, who have been visiting relatives there. After a few days there, the family plans to go to California on a "look-see" expedition, with the possible idea of locating in the coast state.

Culver Bros. Establish Willys Jeep Agency Here
Purchasing the Frontier Motors from Albert Lauer, the Culver Brothers, "Buck" and Lafe, are this week announcing that they are dealers for the Jeep, manufactured by Willys-Overland.
The deal for the Frontier Motors was completed two weeks ago when Mr. Lauer, who has been here since last May with the Kaiser-Frazer agency, decided to sell out and go to California. The building used is owned by Wm. Millburn.
Purchased in the deal was all the shop equipment and auto accessories and supplies.
Lafe Culver, Jr., has charge of the agency and as soon as possible a mechanic will be secured to work with him. He says the Jeeps are available, and one is now on hand for demonstration. The Culver Bros. also operated the Western Repair Shop.
