Mr. and Mrs. Danny Bayne of Bairoil announce the arrival of Preston Daniel at the Laramie hospital Feb. 24. The lad tipped the scales at 6 lbs., 8 oz. Maternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Bill Stewart of Laramie. Marjorie Davis of California is the paternal grandmother and Faye Traphagan is the great-grandmother.
