Neil and Amy Parmely of Torrington, Wyo., are proud to announce the birth of their first child, a daughter, Tanner. She was born Monday, Aug. 19, 1991, at Community Hospital in Torrington. She weighed 5 lbs. 11 1/2 oz. and was 18 3/4 inches long.
Maternal grandparents are Wendell and June Johnson of Wright, Wyo.
Paternal grandparents are Glen and Donna Parmely of Lusk.
