Dave Madvig was the winner of the 2008 NCLF Texas Hold’em Tournament. Proceeds from the tournament will be matched by the Wyoming Public Library Endowment Challenge Program and be added to the Niobrara County Library Foundation Endowment Fund. The tournament raised $1,743.93 which becomes $6,975.72. (1743.93 + 5231.79= 6975.72)
