Funds raised through the Ice Cream Social and Book Sale were presented to the Niobrara County Library Foundation, Inc. by the Friends of the Library this past week. The check for $3000 will be matched by the Wyoming Public Library Endowment Challenge and will mean $12,000 for endowment.
