Tracianne Zerbe, Niobrara Search and Rescue Secretary presents Leslie Hammond, NCLFoundation Chairman a check for the Wyoming Public Library Endowment Challenge. The $150.00 donation becomes $600 when matched with challenge funds. To date, $59,394 has been raised towards the $98,550 challenge.
