Solar Eclipse Program

Astronomer, Kevin Manning will present a Solar Eclipse program on Wednesday, August 16 at 7 p.m. at the library. Kevin Manning worked as a consultant with NASA and the Chandra X-Ray Observatory (a specially designed telescope) which was launched on the space shuttle with the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics. Following the presentation we will all go outdoors, weather permitting to view the night sky.
