The second of three Reading is Fundamental (RIF) programs will be held at the library on Wednesday, March 9 beginning at 6:30 p.m. The program will feature the skit based on the book “Grandma and the Pirates” by Phoebe Gilman. A craft project is planned as well as snacks. Children are invited to dress as their favorite pirate. If children were unable to attend the February RIF they will be able to select two books during the March program. We look forward to seeing everyone!
The Friends of the Library reordered their cookbook “Favorite Recipes.” Originally published in 2002 the book is full of recipes of many of Niobrara County’s finest. Copies are available at the library.
