The first of three RIF programs is tonight at 6:30 at the library. March 8th and April 12 are the next dates.
Your library has 24 hour access, even if we are closed you can place your own holds, renew your books and even request interlibrary loans if you have internet access. You can search the online catalog, (https://www.niobraracountylibrary.org) for books and other material including full-text articles from periodicals. If our library doesn’t have what you are looking for you can even request from other libraries, when your material arrives we’ll give you a call. After you access WyLDCat you will need your library card number and PIN. If you have trouble using WYLD or can’t remember your PIN please give us a call at 334-3490.
IRS tax forms for 2005 are beginning to arrive at the library. Also available for patrons to review are the 2006 House bills and Senate files that will be presented during the 2006 Budget Session of the Wyoming Legislature.

New books in the adult library include Oprah’s Book Club Selection “Night” by Elie Weisel, “Grave Error” by Roy Lewis, “Changelings” by Anne McCaffrey, “On the Run” by Iris Johansen, “Long Time Coming” by Sandra Brown, “Black Rose” by Nora Roberts, “Building Green” by Clarke Snell, “Love Smart” by Phil McGraw, “Tile Style” by Heather Adams and “Designer Knitting with Kitty Bartholomew” by Kitty Bartholomew.
A couple of new titles for our junior readers are “Treachery and Betrayal at Jolly Days” by Dan Greenburg and “The Imagination Ring” by Brent Sudduth.
Our youngest readers will be sure to like “Harvey the Baker by Lars Klinting, “The Shelf Elf” by Jackie Mims Hopkins and “What is a Wookie?” by Laura Buller.
“Valentine Party!” is the theme for Storyhour on Tuesday, February 14, 2006. Storyhour is held every Tuesday throughout the year for children ages three through kindergarten.
