You are invited to “Celebrate Niobrara County” on Friday, August 7th. The celebration will be held on the library lawn and in the Lusk State Bank parking lot. The free evening will include a light meal at 6 p.m., speeches and other activities celebrating meeting the Wyoming Public Library Endowment 3: 1 Challenge. “Race to Witch Mountain” is the final afternoon movie of the summer and it will be shown on Thursday, August 13 at 1 p.m. This family action-adventure will take you on breathtaking chases and close calls and is rated PG. The 99 minute Walt Disney film stars Dwayne Johnson, Ciaran Hinds and AnnaSophia Robb. Popcorn will be provided but bring your own drink.

“Surf’s Up!” is the theme for Storyhour on Tuesday, August 11 and Thursday, August 13. Storyhour is held on Tuesday and Thursday throughout the year from from 10 to 11 a.m. for children ages 3 through kindergarten.
