The final film of the Dinner and a Movie series, Chocolat will be shown at the library on Monday, November 28 at 6 p.m. A light meal will be available and discussion will be led by Deane Tucker, Professor of Humanities at Chadron State College. Local Chocolatier, Brenda Colby will demonstrate different chocolate techniques Wednesday, November 30 at 6 p.m and will share her years of experience working with this delectable treat. A new book by Jeffery Archer is “Only Time Will Tell.” Harry Clifton never knew his father, who was a dock worker, but he learned about life on the docks from his uncle who expects Harry to join him in the ship yard once he’s left school. The Lennea Lewis Slagle Children’s Library has these new books: “Super Diaper Baby 2: the Invasion of the Potty Snatchers” by Dav Pilky and “The Flight of the Dragon” by Vivian French. New picture books are: “Don’t Wake the Beast” by Jon Richards and “Pinkalicious: Tickled Pink” by Victoria Kann.
