During the month of September Cindy Starkey’s photography will be on display. Cindy Starkey grew up in Nebraska and enjoys taking pictures of a variety of subjects. She spends her days working at the Lusk Post Office and enjoys her off-time with her camera. A reception with the artist will be held on Wednesday, September 1 at 5 p.m.
