LegoTime is being held on Tuesdays from 3:35 p.m. to 4:45 through May. Fun for all ages with challenges and open builds and even prizes now and again!

Effective immediately the Friends of the Library are no longer accepting ink and toner cartridges or cell phones for recycling. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

The library is pleased to present countertenor Andrew Egbuchiem in concert at 6:30 p.m. at the Congregational Church (120 E. 5th St.) on Thursday, March 20. Egbuchiem made his debut in Judas Maccabeus and was under the tutelage of Oladele Nelson-Cole in Lagos, Nigeria. He is a prizewinner of many competitions and awards and has performed throughout Europe. He made his Carnegie Hall debut singing in the Winner’s Recital Concerts of American Protégé International and Golden Classical Music International, and has been a regular soloist with the Brooklyn Philharmonia Chorus, in Bernstein’s The Lark and Britten’s Rejoice in the Lamb.  Plan to attend as this concert is sure to be a treat!

“The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel” is the third film in the “Hotels Around the World” Dinner and Movie series that will be held on Monday, March 31 at 6 p.m. Watch for more information!

New young adult books include the three-book “Harbinger” series by Jennifer L. Armentrout.

New nonfiction books include “Memorial Days” by Geraldine Brooks, “Well Adventured Bow Hunter” by Gary W. Brimm and “The Survivor: How I Made It through Six Concentration Camps and Became a Nazi Hunter” by Josef Lewkowicz.

The Lenna Lewis Slagle Children’s Library has these new books: “Bad Guys: a graphic novel” by Aaron Blabey, “The Elder’s Quest” by Erin Hunter and “Home Away From Home” by Cynthia Haigh. New picture books are “My Wyoming Dad” by David Santoyo, “I Love You Little Horse” by Gianna Marino, “Ten-Word Tiny Tales of Love” by Joseph Coelho, “An Adventure for Lia and Lion” by Al Rodin and “Ace the Bison” series by Bert Kuntz and Newcastle’s Scott Haynes.

“The Tree That Flowers” is the theme for Storyhour on March 18, 2025. Storyhour is held from 10 to 11 a.m. every Tuesday throughout the year for preschool-aged children. Call 307-334-3274 anytime to hear a recorded story! Dial-A-Story is sponsored by the Friends of the Library.
