The Niobrara County Library offers Hoopla Digital for our library card holders. Hoopla items are always available, there is no need to place holds and library patrons can check out up to 40 items per month. This digital platform has recently added comics, graphic novels and ebooks to the other incredible content – movies, documentaries and television (stream on your computer, download on mobile devices), audiobooks and music! The library also has eBooks through the Virtual Library, the 3M Cloud Library and Freading; audiobooks through OneClick Digital and almost 200 magazine subscriptions you can read digitally!
