Have you browsed the library’s online genealogy or historical databases lately? Debbie Rose, Genealogy Librarian continues to add data on a daily basis. Currently there are well over 7000 full-text and searchable obituaries with the majority cross referenced with family members, the cemetery database and occasionally history articles. Online local history continues to grow as well as do the birth records. Please take a moment and browse what has evolved since the inception of this project in 2005. If you have additional information, including family histories that could be included or corrections please let us know.
The library will be closed on Sunday, January 19th and Monday, January 20th, 2014 in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day and Wyoming Equality Day. Regular hours resume at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, January 21st.
