Wednesday, October 10 the library will have an Early Release movie beginning at 1:45 p.m. The movie, “Open Season 3” is rated PG and is 74 minutes. Children need to bring their own drink, the library will provide popcorn.
Be sure to mark your calendar for the upcoming musical evening featuring the “Summit Chamber Players” on Wednesday, October 17 at 6:30 p.m. The Summit Chamber Players joins the talent of violinist John Fadial, violist James Przygocki, & cellist Beth Vanderborgh. The trio, all members of the music faculty at the University of Wyoming will present an evening of classical music and is supported in part by a grant from the Wyoming Arts Council, through funding from the Wyoming State Legislature and the National Endowment for the Arts.

To this isolated island he brings a young wife and one fateful day this childless couple hears a baby’s cry on the wind. A boat has been washed up on shore carrying a dead man and a living baby. New non-fiction includes “The Essential Guide to Energy Healing” by Michael Andron, “Darwin’s Ghosts: the Secret History of Evolution” by Rebecca Stott and “Dream Team: How Michael, Magic, Larry, Charles, and the Greatest Team of All Time Conquered the World and Changed the Game of Basketball Forever” by Jack McCallum.
The Lennea Lewis Slagle Children’s Library has these new junior titles: “Winning Team” by Dominque Moceanu, “Floors” by Patrick Carman and “The Wimpy Kid Movie Diary: How Greg Heffley Went Hollywood” by Jeff Kinney.
