Police Chief, Randy Stensaas will be at the library at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, September 29 to sign copies of his books: “Second Time Around : Humor and Wisdom,” “Max and Me and Life in the Boondocks” and “A horse called H-bomb.” Stensaas began writing while in college and now has these three books published. Be sure to stop by and get your copy and visit with Randy.
A new suspense book is “In the Name of Honor” by Richard North Patterson. Lt. Brian McCarran returned traumatized from Iraq to shoot and kill his commanding officer, Capt. Joe D’Abruzzo. “A Pocketful of Fun” is the theme for Storyhour on Tuesday, September 21, 2010. Storyhour is held each Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. for children age three until they enter first grade.
