Tonight (Weds., March 8th) is the second of three Reading is Fundamental programs at the library at 6:30-7:30 p.m. for children preschool age through 6th grade. Be sure to drop by for an hour of fun!

A new book for the young adult is “Avalon High” by Meg Cabot.
A couple of new titles for our junior readers are “Polar Bears on the Path” by Ben M. Baglio, “Labrador on the Lawn” by Lucy Daniels plus some books consisting of the retelling of Tall Tales such as “Captain Stormalong,” “Paul Bunyan,” “Pecos Bill,” and “Davy Crockett.”
Our youngest readers will be sure to like “Little Red Riding Wolf,” “Foolish Jack and the Bean Stack,” “Snow White and the Seven Aliens” and “Billy Beast” by Laurence Anholt.
“Go Green!” is the theme for Storyhour on Tuesday, March 14, 2006. Storyhour is held every Tuesday throughout the year for children ages three through kindergarten.
