Memorial services for Gene Albert, 46, of Laramie were conducted Sept. 9, 1993, at the LDS Church by Bishop Michael Freeman.
Mr. Albert died Sept. 5, 1993, at Ivinson Memorial Hospital.
He was born March 7, 1947, in Laramie the son of Edwin Eugene and Betty Ruth (Kunkel) Albert. He attended Laramie Junior High School, later graduating from Laramie Senior High School.
He then joined the U.S. Air Force and spent time in Okinawa, Japan, Guam, Alaska and Washington. Following his return, Albert worked for Lou's Sport Shop before going to work form the Union Pacific Railroad as a train dispatcher.
Survivors include his parents; brother, Kent Albert, Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska; four nieces and nephews.
The Buck-Heggie Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements
