Nellie Younkin Dies in California
Mrs. Nellie Younkin, mother of Lloyd Younkin of the Hat Creek community, died Thursday, November 28, at Burbank, California, after a long illness. Funeral services were conducted at Scottsbluff, Neb., by the Methodist minister, in the Reed Mortuary, at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 5. Burial was in the Bluffs cemetery.
Those relatives present for the services included Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Younkin, Mrs. Nellie Jones, Mr. and Mrs. Gene Bass, L. J. Bass and Mrs. Doris Leeling, all of Lusk; Glen Younkin and family of Alliance, Neb.; Ralph Younkin and family of Denver, Colo.; Mrs. Dewey Jones and family of Burbank, Calif., and Mrs. Eunice LeMasters and daughter of San Fernando, California.
