Harlen McKelvey Baby Dies Sunday
Dennis Charles, small son of Mr. and Mrs. Harlen McKelvey, died Sunday, June 27, at the Spencer Hospital after a week's illness.
The baby was one year, seven months and 28 days of age at the time of his death.
Funeral services were conducted from the Peet Chapel on Tuesday afternoon, June 29, with Rev. Clyde Hampton officiating.
Mrs. A. B. DeCastro and Miss Bessie Lumsden, accompanied by Miss Carol Held, sang "In the Garden" and "Sweet Bye and Bye."
Interment was made in the Lusk Cemetery.
Surviving are the parents and two small brothers, who reside on a ranch southwest of Van Tassell; and grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Ed McKelvey of Lusk, and Mrs. Emma Dekay of Harrison, Nebr.
