Services Held for Florence Rogers
Funeral services for Mrs. Florence Rogers, who died Thursday, Mar. 9, in St. Louis, Mo., were conducted Monday morning at 10 o'clock from St. Leo's Catholic Church.
The service was read by the Rev. Father McGovern with Mrs. Henry Wasserburger presiding at the organ.
Interment was made in the family plot in the Lusk cemetery with the casket bearers being Fred Kettler, Charles Gaukel, Lloyd Smith, Dan Smith, Harold Fahy and Ralph Larson.
Mrs. Rogers was a resident of the Keeline commmunity for many years and at one time was a beauty operator here in Lusk.
The body was shipped to Lusk from St. Louis, arriving here Saturday evening, and rosary services were conducted at the Peet Chapel Sunday.
She is survived by her mother, Mrs. Mary Fahy, and a sister, Mrs. Harvey Boner, both of Guernsey. Her father, Frank Fahy, and a brother, Emmett, have preceded her in death.
