Services for Bruno Lenz Held in Torrington

Funeral services for Bruno J. Lenz, well known retired farmer and rancher of the Jay Em community, were held at the Colyer Chapel in Torrington March 13 with the Rev. William Bornemann officiating. Burial was in the Jay Em Cemetery.

Mr. Lenz was born at Concordia, Mo., April 20, 1881. When he was a year old the family moved to Kansas where they lived for ten years. The family moved to Nebraska and he lived there until coming to Wyoming in 1913, homesteading eight miles east of Jay Em. He was a member of the Lutheran Church. Mr. Lenz had been in failing health for several years.

Survivors include three brothers, Henry of Lusk, Alfred of Denver and Carl of Meadow Grove, Nebr.; two sisters, Mrs. Hermine Cornett of Torrington and Miss Martha Lenz of Jay Em.
